The True Purpose of meditation

We start our day with a hectic schedule running in the race of time chasing our targets, right from the time when sun rises to the twilight, we constantly encounter many people, vehicles and their noises. The world we live in is constantly bombarded with loads of catastrophic sounds. People are now in search for serenity in their lives, meditation is one such activity through which a person can fetch mental balance in this busy world. Meditation makes a person relax and think for a solution in the state of trauma. In the initial stages when a person starts meditating he feels very uncomfortable, he gets the thoughts of all the materialistic experiences he had encountered. But as the saying practice makes a man perfect, he slowly gains wisdom and mental stability during regular meditation. The process of meditating not only gives us a mental serenity, but also sometimes acts as a medicine to our ailments. A person who meditates can know his own body functioning, he can visualize all the movements and functions that are performed in his body thereby he can know what is the route cause of his illness. There are experiences of people who have even seen how their heart functions and how air is entering and leaving from their body during the process of meditation.

But patience should be the prerequisite for meditation. We can’t achieve everything by just a regular practice of it. We should implement what we learn from it; let me explain a bit more clear. There are people who just casually practice meditation as a daily routine but at the end of the day they don’t try to implement what they learn from it in their life. If a person who wanted to control his anger through the means of meditation forgets his motive after he has done meditating, there is no point in practicing meditation. When we have an aim or a target in mind we also must have an ability to withstand situations, which deviate us from our target. Choosing a right path to fulfill our aim is not a great achievement but making our mind to implement what we learn is very important. When we meditate our mind is supplied with all the necessities to achieve what we aspire for, the prime motive of us from then should be to focus those necessities for the fulfillment of our endeavor. Meditation is one such art, which fetches its benefits only when we try to implement its objectives in our daily routine.

Playing games worth(full/less)

My feet couldn’t find a jetty; I was in the air for quite a long time blood was rushing through my nerves at a lightening speed. Suddenly with a huge blow I was hit by a bike, which was aiming to target me since a long time. Couldn’t control myself and fell deep into an abyss beside me. Suddenly sensed something unusual, later I came to know that I was in a dream until then. To my surprise when I opened my eyes I was below my bed, but couldn’t believe myself experiencing all the adventure in my dreams.

Dreams are really wonderful sometimes and also thought provoking too, but the reason behind getting such dreams is the simple influence of what we do all the day before we get back to siesta. People especially children and youth are now a days engaged to the video games and some are so crazy that they even buy some gadgets for playing these highly sophisticated games. Now when they play such games all the day especially the racing and the fighting games, their mind will be indirectly developing an inclination to such environment. So when they go to bed the same games peep into their dreams creating mental stress.

I still remember the day in my childhood when I hit my sister who was sleeping beside me, imagining myself being a boxer in the arena. Playing games is not at all a wrong idea but engaging the whole day in these games restricts our brain to think about new things and gradually we loose our creativity. Since our childhood our parents constantly be back of us not to watch too many films this is because our mind is inclined to bad things in the films than the good mess oriented things, same is the case with games too playing too much of violence oriented games imbibe in us the bad qualities of it.

But some games are very much useful for enhancing our reasoning skills among them are the games like jigsaw puzzles, Sudoku, cross word etc. These develop in us the quality to think differently in different circumstances. And they also develop a decision-making ability in us. So developing the habit of playing or at least spending half of the time that we allocate to the 3d and animated games may definitely be fetching in terms of our thinking and reasoning.

My First Verse

You were the ester I was the fragrance

Bonded we are in the friendship confluence

You became a source of happiness in my mournful times

We both were roving in life singing our friendship’s rhymes

Can’t imagine my verve without the glucose of your closeness

Can’t suppress my nerve, which always show our imminence

You were the ester I was the fragrance

Bonded we are in the friendship confluence

Buried deep beneath in the earth of time, you still extended your hand

Filled the emptiness in my life and made me comfortable in this new land

Sweetness adjective is just not enough to describe your words

Friendliness in your support doesn’t require proof or accords

You were the ester I was the fragrance

Bonded we are in the friendship confluence

I can’t imagine the tranquility when you leave me alone

Please be with me always like the star near the moon

Because we may get people who may become our pals in no time

But to get you is very hard as u imbibe in memory as a musical chime

You were the ester I was the fragrance

Bonded we are in the friendship confluence
